Removed meaningless metrics. Established a single creation action. Aligned status and owner fields so the scan is predictable. Severity has a text label.
What stayed usable
Filter the issue list, open an issue and add a new local issue. At narrow widths, rows stack with visible field names rather than hiding status or owner.
